 HOW FAST CAN I GET MY ORDER?

  • Our fastest shipping option on our website is FedEx 2 day.  If your order is placed before 2:30 p.m. CST it will ship that same day, if you select FedEx 2 day at checkout then your order will arrive within 2 business days from the time your order is placed.
  • If you have an urgent or special shipping need call us 972-487-1939 M-F 8:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST.
  • If you select FedEx Ground when you place your order you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. 
  • Order's placed after 2:30 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.  Therefore, if you place your order on Friday at 2:30 p.m. it will not be processed until the following Monday.

CAN I USE MY COMPANY'S PREFERRED SHIPPER ACCOUNT

  • YES!  We can ship items using various carrier accounts.  However you will need to call 972-487-1939 M-F 8:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. to use your account and specify which part you need to order so we can process it.

 

CAN I RETURN A COMPRESSOR?

Terms for 30 Day Warranty on Used Screw & Reciprocating Air Compressors

We offer a 30 Day Warranty on the Drive Motor & Air-End only.  Drive Motor is the motor that turns the air-end.  Air-end is the air pump of the unit. The warranty starts from the date on the invoice or from the delivery date of the unit. Warranty does not cover any controls or any other parts, fittings, or hoses, besides the drive motor & air end as specified above. This warranty does not cover equipment that is improperly installed or operated.  Warranty does not cover service calls, on site labor, mileage to and from work site, emergency calls, rentals, loss of production or shipping cost. Any warranty claim must be sent back to us for inspection. Warranty does not cover any shipping to or from J.C.Master Air Products or Customer.

 

CAN I RETURN PARTS?

Most of our filter replacement parts are made by Keltec Technolab Inc. located in Twinsburg, Ohio.  All of our replacement filters are guaranteed to meet or exceed the OEM specifications and performances.  Keltec warrants all parts that it manufactures to be free from defects or workmanship under normal use and service for 6 months from the date of shipment or 1000 hours, whichever comes first and is limited at the sole option of Keltec Inc. to replace or repair the defective part provided the following requirements are met:

 

  • You must notify Industrialaircompressors.com 972-487-1939 as soon as any defect is discovered.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained.
  • The part must be returned to Keltec Technolab 2300 E. Enterprise Parkway Twinsburg, OH.  44087 adequately packaged so as to prevent further damage during shipping. 
  • Freight must be prepaid.  Neither Industrialaircompressors.com nor Keltec shall be responsible for return freight costs.

 

Under the terms of this warranty Industrialaircompressors nor Keltec Inc. shall be responsible for the following:

 

  • Consequential, collateral, special losses or damages, or loss of profit,
  • Damage resulting from shipping or improper installation.

 

In no event will Industrialaircompressors or Keltec be held responsible for consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising from the failure of any part to operate properly, nor for any claims arising from breach of contract, warranty, claims of negligence, or negligent manufacture in excess of the purchase price. 

 

NON USED PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE. 

ALL RETURNS ON KELTEC INC. REPLACMENT PARTS PURCHASED FROM INDUSTRIALAIRCOMPRESSORS.COM ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

NO CASH, PAYPAL, OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

 

 

 

CAN I RETURN SMC FILTERS OR DRYERS?

SMC CORPORATION OF AMERICA  STATEMENT OF WARRANTY AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
 
SMC Corporation of America (“SMC”) extends to the direct purchaser of the product(s) listed on this Packing List, and only to the immediate purchaser from the direct purchaser, a limited express warranty ending one year from the date of purchase shown on the Packing List, that should any such product(s) contain a defect, then SMC will repair, replace or make an appropriate adjustment, at the sole discretion of SMC, of such defective product(s). 
 
This limited express warranty is conditioned and limited in the following manner. 
Upon the direct purchaser or the immediate purchaser from the direct purchaser discovering the defect in the product(s), they must immediately deliver to SMC written notice of the defective product clearly stating the defect with the product. Such written notice is to be delivered to SMC’s corporate headquarters at 10100 SMC Blvd, Noblesville, IN, 46060, Attn: Director of Production. 
 
Within the one (1) year limited express warranty period the defective product(s) will have to be returned to SMC at the location directed by SMC with transportation prepaid by the direct purchaser or the immediate purchaser from the direct purchaser. 
 
SMC has the right to inspect the product(s) at the facility of the direct purchaser or the immediate purchaser from the direct purchaser at SMC’s sole discretion. 
 
If the product(s) has been modified, altered, changed, damaged, misused, repaired, misapplied or negligently maintained in any manner, then this limited express warranty is null and void. 
 
If the terms of this limited express warranty are violated by the direct purchaser or the immediate purchaser from the direct purchaser, this limited express warranty is null and void.

 

 

CAN I RETURN OIL?

 

Please call JC Master Air Products 972-487-1939 for a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA).

 

Limited Warranty

 

Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

 

Upon request, we will furnish you with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

 

Obligations

 

You warrant, represent and agree: (1) to comply with all laws; (2) that our sale and shipment of the product will not, by export thereof, your legal status or otherwise, cause us to violate any law; and (3) to indemnify us against any losses from a failure by you or a third party to comply with law or these terms and conditions, or from use of the product.
